The Playboy Mansion is officially on the housing market and comes with a Hef-ty asking price of $200 million.
The 20,000-square foot mansion sits on five acres of land in Holmby Hills, which together with Bel Air and Beverly Hills form Los Angeles’ Platinum Triangle, according to Forbes. It even has its own zoo license. Another “selling point” is that Hugh Hefner, the founder of Playboy, will still be living and working in the mansion, and would be allowed to do so until he chooses to move out or kicks the bucket.

But Hefner’s infamous mansion is nowhere near worth the asking price. Once crawling with big-breasted bunnies in bikinis, now the only bunnies around are that of the dust variety. According to Forbes, the house is dated and tired, as Hefner refuses to change anything. “Everything in the Mansion felt old and stale, and Archie the house dog would regularly relieve himself on the hallway curtains, adding a powerful whiff of urine to the general scent of decay,” wrote former Playboy bunny Izabella St. James in her 2010 book Bunny Tales. She added that the furniture is old and ratty, and the bedding is soiled and tattered.

With such a large price tag – it’s currently the most expensive completed home for sale in the U.S.—it’s unclear how quickly the place will sell. But hey, if you’ve got $200 million kicking around and the robe fits…
