Society expects the best of people—making us work long hours throughout the week with an emphasis on being responsible, levelheaded, and, above all, normal. But this video from ‘School of Life’ expresses a different view, revealing why having a (good) mental breakdown every now and then…or as often as possible, is actually healthy for us. Instead of lying in bed like we do, feeling burned out and dreading what normal life demands of us, this (albeit whacky) video encourages viewers to have their moments of insanity, like dancing ridiculously to music, having wild sexual explorations, or carelessly spending time with unlikely people, in order to take a break from the real world.
